Hi, I’m Kristine Miller — most people know me as “The Camper Rental Lady.”
Fourteen years ago, I didn’t have a mentor, a roadmap, or anyone to call when something went sideways with a renter at 11pm. I figured it out the hard way — through trial, error, and a few genuinely expensive mistakes. Since then, I’ve built two RV and camper rental companies from scratch, grown a fleet to 47 units, managed over 228,600 delivery miles, and brought in more than $780,000 in services and cleaning fees alone.
I wrote From Campers to Cashflow because I wanted to hand new owners the roadmap I never had. But books can only go so far — every business, every market, and every situation is a little different. That’s where coaching comes in.

My name is Kristine Miller, Managing Partner of Dads Camper Rentals in Picayune, MS, and I have been through phases in my business/entrepreneurship when I felt like a sleep-deprived creature fueled by caffeine, blind optimism, and the belief that turning chaos into cash is a viable life choice. Known to juggle 12 flaming to-do lists while pitching a half-baked idea to investors with the confidence of a magician selling invisible rabbits. Often seen talking to themselves, aggressively Googling "how to do taxes," or convincing their grandma to beta test their app. Side effects of entrepreneurship may include accidental world domination, chronic imposter syndrome, spontaneous bursts of genius, and frequent use of the phrase "trust the process."
The good news is that I am here to help! I have 14 years of experience in the RV and Camper rental business, and I know I can help you solve a few issues or answer questions you may not have even thought about asking!
While drafting this book, we managed 47 units (5 C-class and 42 Travel Trailers). For the past 4 years, I have been with Dad's Camper Rentals. Before that, I spent 9 years as Owner and Managing Partner at Gulf Coast Camper Rentals in Bay Saint Louis, MS.
My decision to draft this book is purely to help fellow RV and Camper Rental companies, newly started or seasoned, not feel like they are juggling flaming balls of fire every day. In fact, as I write, I am addressing myself 14 years ago, sharing the information I wish I had back in 2013. Reflecting on over a decade spent in this business-thousands of miles traveled, thousands of black tanks dumped, and thousands of memories made-I hope this book will be a helpful guide.
